"Impossible to access rooms without using stairs. No elevator. VERY OLD MOTEL. The garbage truck working right below our window at 6:30 AM was not appreciated. Come on Sandman - you've done better."

"decent hotel but its old and not the cleanest around. in downtown if you like this area limited hotel parking and its over 20 cad per day in city. far enough from the train tracks at least. there's plenty of better options in Kamloops but for a short stay it works."

"The room was clean and everything was great. The only issue I would say was that what they advertised as breakfast included was not breakfast. It was a counter in the lobby with muffins and coffee. No place to sit. No real options."

"The staff was especially helpful despite our party arriving late. They directed us in finding parking which was great as all the regular spots were taken. Staff Mgr went out of way to show us where we could find additional refrigeration, use of a washer dryer in motel etc. And I was able to ask for additional amenities to be provided for our group. My one note to hotel staff for future reference is that they stock up on enough toiletries if they know a family of 4 is booked into a room there, as there was not enough shampoo and soap for us all. And we ran out of toilet paper. The beds are a bit hard but lots of pillows orovided. Otherwise it was a great room for a great price. Thanks. Will to be back when I come through again."
