"The hot tub was hot enough and the internet was powerful. The front desk staff Cindy left a lasting impression on me. She was very helpful, friendly, respectful and kind. My flight came in 3 hours before check-in time and she was very accommodating, settled me in the lobby and initiated early check-in at no additional cost."

"The room was not cleaned after the first night, and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The food was okay, but the juice machine wasn’t working, and there was always something missing at breakfast, not enough sausage, not enough waffle batter, and the cereal machine wasn’t working either. The hallways near the rooms had a weird smell. I had to go to reception 3 times because card was not activated. Overall, I think you get what you pay for. It’s probably okay if you’re only staying for one night. On the positive side, it’s close to NASA."

I was told that an email was sent to us but I received no such email. Terrible experience to travel half way across the country only to arrive and be told that your reservation is cancelled."
