A very small, unnoticeable sign when it looks like a continental breakfast and I don't approach you until after you've taken food to tell you that it's $15 per person, they also promote that they have a restaurant and bar inside the facility. But they do not, it is a common area that has a bar counter that is not open."

"The staff at this location is exceptional. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. The people who work during the day are just awesome. Front desk is so friendly. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The location is good. Front desk have great recommendations. The king suite is spacious."

"The first room would not lock. The second room they moved us to would not have a functioning TV. There was nothing the staff could do but move us. Which is painful when you travel with 2 kids."

"I found cockroaches in my bathroom. They even got into the shower when my son was showering. I took pictures and a video. I very kindly and quietly approached the front desk and spoke with a very nice young lady who promised me a call from the manager immediately. I never received a call. I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately and apologized and taken care of this issue but this hotel management did NOTHING. Very disappointing. "
