This wasn’t included on the advert when we booked so was a surprise. The owners are sorting it out though We had 4 adults and a teenager. "In order to stop parents from lying about children’s ages so they can have access to the one and only adult pool (3 family pools / 1 adult) anyone 21 and under has a bracelet Green for being 18-21 and red for under 18. Staff were constantly approaching children and parents in the adult pool to ask their age. But also , parents were purposely lying so they could have their kids in the adult pool Passports are required at check in…. That’s when 12-21 year olds receive a bracelet. Problem solved …."
