What was shown online when we made our reservations and what we ended up getting are completely different.
We should be getting a full refund. I have never stayed in such a hotel which was nothing except misleading photos on hotels.com.
I am serious we are entitled to get refund.

Breakfast had many choices. Aircon was nice and cold. All staff were super friendly and helpful. They were genuinely interested in our itinerary and how they could help. Staff was the highlight.

Prime Hanoi location, wonderful staff, one smelly little mystery 🛵
Hotel Solis is perfectly placed for exploring Hanoi on foot. We walked everywhere, and the food around the hotel was fantastic. We even tried Grab delivery when the kids were craving burgers, and found some that hit the spot.
The rooftop pool and bar are fairly average, but after a long day of pavement pounding, a cool-off dip is exactly what you need.
The rooms were clean, but there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell that seemed to be coming through the vents. It was very noticeable, so it's worth getting looked into.
Breakfast was okay. Not a huge selection, but that's fair for a hotel this size.
The real stars were the staff. Viet and Liz went above and beyond to make our stay great and gave us brilliant tips on where to go and what to see.
A great little place to stay, and if that smell gets sorted, it'd be a winner.

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again
