"Staff was very friendly until we had to request them to reset our room keys multiple times throughout our stay. She showed frustration and even rudeness on two occasions. And then she finally turned to blaming an issue with the door without offering an apology at her misplaced frustration towards us. Additionally, we were excitedly assured that the slide would be open one month before we booked and two days before we stayed there. Then upon arrival we were informed that it had specific hours of operation — only 5-9 pm during the week and an additional morning session on the weekends. This was not disclosed in the previous conversations. During our 5 days at the hotel, the slide was only open on the last evening. Excuses included uncertainty and lifeguard being sick and working on getting a backup. Front desk staff seemed uninformed about simple questions we asked and didn’t make an effort to find out. Breakfast was pretty good. Having the kiddie pool, hot tub, and deeper pool close by was nice. Plenty of pool towels."

"I got charged a $10 entertainment fee for what I do not know. I got the room through Expedia and on the bill from Expedia it says this is the total price I will pay? Without this $10 fee? The fan in the bathroom didn't work either"
