"The staff were incredible. It was beautiful place to stay and located in a great area. I highly recommend people to stay here. You won’t find a sweeter staff. It is very clean and has a small pond with Koi surrounding the rooms with soothing water running to give a wonderful ambiance."

Tambien estaban alertas y se preocupados con las excursiones realizadas y las reservas de hoteles. La barrera idiomatica es importante en China!!... con ellos no hubo problemas ,hablan ingles. "This hotel in my mind is average. Cleaness is average but definetly not as in the photos (the photos were possibly took when the rooms are new renovation). Fresh air? Don't expect fresh air, as many hotel guests or people nearby are smoking. Since this hotel is not entirely smoke-free, you'll have to settle for air tinged with the smell of cigarettes. For the location, it locates close to the north gate of Lijiang Ancient City and walking distance approximately 8-10 minutes. Quite a lot of...
