Alhamdulillah. It was very good but everything was fine, but there was a bit of a dirty of dust because their hoover was broken. They were just brushing. We had an allergy problem.

Hotel was close to Haram. We prayed namaz right outside the hotel in the street. We arrived at 10:00 am Friday morning, they gave us the room right away. Next day we checked out at 2:00 pm after zuhur. The staff was very friendly.

Thank you for the stay I would really recommend you change the carpet the smell wasn’t very pleasant in the room or even better get tiles because it was not giving clean and hygienic vibes and also upgrade the bathrooms too then it would be the perfect hotel to stay and convenient. Staff was very good and helpful no issues at all. This is a Honest review to better your services.

Rooms were small, and not the cleanest. They dont clean everyday, so if you wabt your room cleaned you need to request them before hand. They dont refresh the towels/water and other amenities unless requested and theres no laundry service either Close to haram, and location is good, but dont have very high expectation. Ok for a short duration for budget friendly option. Emaar al manar is in the same price range but considerably better

The hotel was very close to haram. The area is very busy. There are lots of strores around but getting to the hotel with taxi was challenging as the area was closed for periods of time throughout the day. Even when not closed, it is very busy

Extremely dirty hotel. Bathroom leaks water, smells, rooms are so small. Reception doesn’t speak English at all. Hotel is far from Haram. At least 15-20 mins walk.

Close to the haram within walking distance. Only issue is that they didn’t find my booking on arrival I had to wait for the agent to close the main offfice or Expedia
