The receptionist was not professional enough to handle our check in process. First she checked in us in a wrong room where my reservation was for triple beds and she put us in double bed room and when i called her she said they can provide a third roller bed and it will block the walkway. So I had to go back to the lobby to change the room. Also, I asked upon check in to change our dinner timing to have it in breakfast time instead and she didn’t do that where she put us in awkward position with the restaurant. Last bed cover we’re having blood stain and found the last day of our stay and housekeeping in hallways needs to be improved. Thanks.
