Nice hotel a little outdated. It was far from the Mosque. They do have a free public transportation service The area around the hotel was so so. Didn't feel like you could walk around and explore

Worst place to stay in makkah. they are not honest people, I paid 8 nights after 2 nights they kicked me out because of the minster of tourism and they never gave my money back .😡😡.

This was my first visit to SA and I chose this hotel based on the reviews I read on Expedia. The staff was very cooperative, nice and responsive. The hotel rent is very reasonable, they did not charged me for the early chck in although I wanted to pay for that. The place is very much acessable by public transport to Al-Haram. Makkah Bus No 4 and 8 ply day and night from the front of the hotel, they also provde a shuttle bus service for 5 prayers to Al-Haram which is convenient and fast. Hot water is available all times, environmental friendly heating and cooling, lighting, free wifi, hair dryers, toiletries and towels are available. The rooms were clean and tidey, equiped with new furniture, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, fridge and lockers. Good concierge service, plenty of elevators and ascalators and business center. The only thing they need to concentrat is to improve deep cleaning of corridors and deep cleans the batrooms more frequntly.

Stuff are unfriendly. Room are dirty. No towel. Bathroom is stinky. Room service never response. By the way if you are from English speaking country then don’t ever think to book that hotel. They can’t speak English. Hotel manager Kamal is one of the a……h… and never listen the problem. Every other days room lock do not work and you have to go all the way to reception and fix it. Stay away from that hotel.
