"I came from the US and the staff was great and friendly. They get 5 stars especially the man at the front desk who was so willing to help me translate and order a uber when I needed to go to the emergency room. The room was small but came with the necessities for me to stay 9 days. The shower is lovely and I like that it came with a washer and dryer.

"We went to this property on our wedding night for a well deserved rest after long wedding preparations. We informed the hotel about this and got the kindest note, champagne, cake and several complementary food . The staff was amazing and the stay was nothing but excellent.

"Great hotel, a bit pricier than the other hotels but we wanted comfort during our final two nights of a 16 night trip through Turkiye. Rooms are absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable, and GREAT views. Hotel appears to cater a lot to higher end European tourists so somewhen of an attitude from some of the guests, but nothing too bad. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel in a good location, plus very easy to get to/from the Istanbul airport. Breakfast is very pricey and frankly not that interesting, there are dozens of much better breakfast options a few steps away so our only recommendation would be to not add the breakfast to your stay. We loved the bar also, to be able to grab a drink at the hotel before bed was great and the bar staff was always very nice."
