Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable! We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!

Front seat staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is not very good. We ask for extra quilt twice, and then we got it.

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.

Hotel is located very close to LRT Masjid Jamek Interchange Station and have proper pedestrian pavement to hotel, very convenient. Hotel is surrounded with many Indian restaurants. There are also major fast food chain around the LRT Station. It is also walking distance to Central Market and Chinatown. Check-in was quick and Internet is fast and stable. Elevator stops at every floor including the roof terrace. Room has free toiletries, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, in-room laptop...

The location is good, good showers, friendly staff, the capsule is clean and cool. I had a pleasant stay at here :)

Had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Proximity to RapidKL public transport is a major plus point. My experience with hotel staff throughout my stay was just right, leaving me to do my own things without intrusion and not been excessively attentive. Continental Breakfast wise, variety is excellent and taste great, kapitan cafe environment was pretty clean and quiet too - only minor point was some of the tables had ants on it during one of the mornings. Good location is so crucial when you really travel there. Apart from strategic location, it is cozy, romantic and convenient. Much better than a budget hotel.

All staff and guards are well mannered. Fast replies, attend to customers need. Well-done!!! If possible, perhaps can get a new sofa set. Do not refund them if there are water stains and all.. cleanliness need improvements. Overall i am happy.

The hotel location is just next to the Pasar Seni train station which made it easy to travel to other places. Hotel is also surrounded by tourist shopping destinations where you can bargain for cheap items. There are also many arts museums. On the downside, the hotel room is freaking cold like a freezer which is controlled by a/c with only 3 modes, low medium and high. The low mode is the freezer. Aside from that, excellent choice to choose for location!
