"Check in was flawless with great customer service who got us upgraded to a larger room that was available.. The TV reception wasn’t great but was quickly attended to by the technicians followed by a call from the customer service manager offering a later / extended check out.. "Loved this place.. great location and friendly helpful staff...hotel was very quiet we felt we were the only ones there. Tourism has been impacted by Covid 19. Pool was nice and huge gym. Breakfast was nice but our last day it was moved to the horizon club as I guess it’s saves money?
