Large room, but felt a bit bland to be honest. A bit dated.
Unique fantastic hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, close to great locations.
Love the gym, lots of equipments for full range workout. Also love the flexibility of 24/7 access for hotel guests. Probably can check the Aircon for room 2217. Not cold enough. I had feedback to hotel but condition not improved. I didn’t haggle with hotel as I was only in KL for 2 nights.
The stay itself was good overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms itself left much to be desired, one of the rooms had roaches running around, while housekeeping was subpar, with hairs being left all over the place, bathtub still had pubic hairs left in it, and the water was the ...
The hotel had upgraded it's facilities, such as providing ramp for wheelchair & strollers, all rooms & lift access are contactless, rooms are renovated (new modern look), the Restaurant are bigger & good varieties of food.
Having to go to the 39th floor to check in and then take another elevator down to the room, a bit odd

Berjaya Times Square is a twin-towered, 48-storey building in the centre of Kuala Lumpur in Bukit Bintang comprising hotels, condominiums, an indoor amusement park and extensive shopping centre complex. As the eighth largest building in the world at 203 metres tall, there are over 1,000 shops and 65 food outlets inside, as well as 2D and 3D cinemas.
Due to its central location in Kuala Lumpur, there are plenty of other attractions near Berjaya Times Square for travellers to visit, including the Petronas Twin Towers, Merdeka Square and Plaza Berjaya, as well as cultural attractions like Sri Kottumalai Pillayar Temple and the Linsuen Gallery.

There are almost 400 hotels near Berjaya Times Square so there are plenty of accommodation options, regardless of visitors’ budget and sensibilities. The majority are two- to three-star properties, although there are also plenty of places to stay with higher ratings should you prefer something more luxurious and expensive– there are even four hotels within the premium price bracket. Air-conditioning and Wi-fi access are more or less standard in the hotels near Berjaya Times Square, while around half enjoy swimming pools, restaurants and fitness centres too.
If visitors want to stay as close as possible to the shopping centre, there are a number of accommodation options, including serviced residences, actually inside the building itself. One such property is the Galaxy Service Suites, which is very well provided with facilities such as a fitness centre, steam room and children’s centre. For those who prefer to stay ‘off-site’, there is the five-star Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur less than two kilometres away.
