This hotel, managed by YTL Corp shouldn't be labelled 5-star hotel nor should it be called RITZ Carlton. We checked into 3 bedroom suites - WORST suite in the history of all RITZ chain ever!!! Moldy wallpaper, moldy plaster ceiling, stinky kitchen, no water in the middle of the night, flooded carpet, dated & old furniture... the list goes on... it is in such a state of despair
