"Woke up itching and found bed bugs crawling on the pillow at 2 in the morning. Got a immediate room change, but got no form of compensation for the inconvenience. Had multiple bites on both arms and body, and was itchy for several days. Was also uneasy during check out because I was unsure if any got onto my clothes/luggage."

"Absolutely terrible. Very noisy and dirty. TV, Air-con and WiFi didn’t work. Worst customer service. Stayed for 2 weeks but they never once come and clean the room. Definitely do not recommend "

"Overal residence is so damn nice but the house looks like apartment. Very normal looking, so minimal furniture, not homey. Leakage in the bathroom and host didn’t reply. However they compensate me with RM200 while I paid RM1200 for 2 nights. View from pool is super nice but from our room is meh. "
