Hotel is conveniently located, near to train station and malls. Down-side is the noise from corridor especially night time and early morning. People talking loudly or slamming their room door. Perhaps the hotel can look into soft closing for their doors. Also, two out of the four nights, the room cleaning team did not provide the hand towels.

We were upgraded to the Pan Pacific suites. It was a beautiful apartment on the 17th floor. It was completely unexpected & a nice surprise. Great location, surrounded by restaurants, shops & monorail.

Overall the property is lovely and modern, and all staff were very helpful and polite. Unfortunately our sleep was disrupted by a peculiar tapping/knocking sound which appeared to be coming from outside.

I have always stayed at Park Royal Hotel KL Malaysia It’s perfect t for all ages couples family and like me solo traveller Safety is a huge priority with their guards on the outside It’s a perfect location where you can walk across the road to the best shopping and all restaurants at your finger tips I highly recommend this hotel and always will

Good location in one of the shopping centres of the city. Easy to reach by lrt or monorail. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Windows are double glazed and so no traffic noise despite being on a busy street and the monorail running by. Good gym and swimming pool. Good wifi throughout the hotel.

Everything is pretty great, except that the toilet has glass walls, giving it less privacy than you desire. Altho it can be closed with blinds, you can still see (albeit accidentally) what goes on inside the toilet through the reflections of the mirror panels in the room. Unless ure an exhibitionist, you might not be too comfortable undressing and showering.

I like that coffee shop with the treats when you're not looking for a big meal during travels. There is also a close by Mall that you can go too if you're just wanting to walk around if you're not visiting places of interests.
