Absolutely terrible. Very noisy and dirty. TV, Air-con and WiFi didn’t work. Worst customer service. Stayed for 2 weeks but they never once come and clean the room. Definitely do not recommend

We come back to stay here 3 days 2 nights for the second time last time was in 2017. It was easily done for the changes from the prebooked room via online to a bigger room with additional reasonable fares. Room was clean, shower and toilet also clean. No smoking odour/smell. Willing to come back this hotel next time. Only the door key card was not responsive enough when inserted it in the card holder to turn on room lights although it was reset by the counter staff. But later on, with a bit of patience, it could work. Aircon remote control was flat, but the battery was changed by staff instantly. Overall, we are happy with staying 2 night 3 days at this Hote123. Please continue improve in service.

The room was clean, but first night had ants on the floor and bed, maybe because the previous poeple ate the the room. i asked the staff the day after and it get fixed. Also have nights club around and you can hear the sound a little. Dring the night (2am) i could smeel food from neighbors. The bed is very comfortable. The staffis very kind, Planed to walk 700 meters from the Pudu station.

My red line is bugs. I found cockroaches in my room after leaving and coming back soon after check in. This is also directly across from KTV a massive karaoke club chain that sounds like a hostess club from internet descriptions. So maybe not "family friendly" after dark. I didnt stay long enough to find out. The front desk is behind metal bars, which tells me they've had security concerns. The elevator had a smell that wasn't good. They did have a nice koi pond in front and the staff was friendly. There are food stalls out front and a nice cafe on the hotel property. I am not likely to go back.

Horrible

You get what you paid for I guess...We stayed for 6 nights and the room was not as advertised. The moldy smell from the walls was horrble. Besides that, the AC was barely working and it had a disgusting moldy smell. No change of towels or anything for 7 days. You better pay a little bit more at another hotel and get some service because here you won t get anything.

Close by to food stalls & convenience stores. For those sensitive to “noise”, there is an “open-air” entertainment/karaoke joint just across the road (150m) that plays at night (till midnight).

Hotel bello ma camera sporchissima

La nostra camera dell' hotel si trovava al piano terra ed era carina...ma anche sporca, senza finestre e "unta". Rispetto ad altri hotel la camera non era assolutamente pulita..c'era pure un buco nel soffitto. L' hotel invece è carino e pulito...spero sia stato un errore e che le restanti stanze siano più decenti.

酒店與LRT Pudu station 不算太遠 大概7-8分鐘路程 Pudu 附近有不少美食, 例如銘記肉骨茶, 適苑酒家, 路邊糖水店,涼茶店, 晚上6-7時開檔的半山芭為食街 樓下有超市 speedMart 房間設備有點殘舊, 房間中有柱子, 有些不方便 原本期望不大 但最令我驚喜和加分的地方是遇到一位很好很好的receptionist John 雖然到達時還差少少才2點, 但他仍幫我check in和up grade 為有窗的房間, 處理夠彈性 而且很有禮貌, 看到每位客人都會打招呼和寒暄幾句 細心又有耐性地解答問題, 還幫我解決了一位路上遇到的問題男子 上了寶貴的一課 Thank you John 這種優質的服務, 下次去吉隆坡也會再訂這酒店

The thing I liked most was the staff. They made me feel right at home the whole stay there. They were professional, warm , and kind. I stayed there for a week and it felt like home. Very convenient location too. I look forward to seeing my hotel123 family again.
