"Park royal is amazing I have been coming here for 17 plus years Close to everything Security everywhere Cleanliness Staff are amazing The pool is spot on and the food is great My room is always clean and they have toothbrushes toothpaste shampoo conditioner body wash earbuds etc The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are to die for The tv is great so many different Chanels Everything is at your finger tips Shopping restaurants massage I mean everything Cannot ever fault this...

"Beautiful room with a nice view. Felt very safe. People were very helpful who worked there and the location was very convenient. Downsides- pool closes at 6pm, which is a bit early for me and there was construction outside at a building across the way so the pool wasn’t as relaxing as it could be. Not the hotels fault (the construction) so that didn’t have any effect on my star rating. Our streaming in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t watch any shows. Other than that, no complaints! "

"Great location within 10 mins’ walk to two MRT stations. Very comfortable bed, modern design in hotel room and spacious bathroom. Rooftop pool with beautiful skyview. Sauna room in the changing room but self-operated, Needed to be preheated for 15-20 mins before use. Will stay there again for next trip."

"Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the Pavilion mall and the metro system. We also appreciated the self service laundry. Our room was big and spacious with great city views. "

"We had a great stay at this great property, which is in a fab location in KL. The suite was spacious and spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered plenty choice for all pallets, and is served in a lovely room by the pool. I’d highly recommend for a city break on KL. However, our stay ended on a disappointing note with damaged clothes due to bleach in the pool area, and whilst the hotel staff was empathetic and promised to investigate, we’re still awaiting an outcome. "

"Best location, near n walkable to shopping eateries around Bt Bintang. Nice big spacious room. Open and fresh view with lots of natural light coming in. Special thanks to staff, Fikri, who has effortlessly made our check in & out such a breeze. Very accommodating to our needs, excellent service indeed.! Thank you Fikri! The only downside is area is always full of traffic thus usually delay when booking grab. Only minor issue in room is the fridge is not cold. Anyways, would definitely go bk to...
