Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur
10/10 Excellent
"The water outlet of the tap of the bathtub was slightly dirty, however we did not need to use it so it was fine.
Was a bit dusty in the wardrobe when open seeing some dust flying in the air, otherwise the room is perfectly cleaned. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery to walk with the hotel's slippers as we did not expect it was that smooth on the marble floor. "
"Great location. Very friendly staff special thanks to hardworking housekeeping staff Malik and F & B Manager Nicholas Betok who greets guests at breakfast buffet with his smile and friendly chat. Buffet has wide selection of local and international cuisines. "
"Wonderful hotel. Delicious breakfast buffet. Delicious and affordable room service. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Loved the room darkening, remote blinds. Convenient to paths shops and trains. Loved it."
