"For city breaks possibly the best hotel I have stayed in. Location is exceptional being over the road from the Petronas towers with an unrivalled view from the rooms and the pool (wet deck). The facilities and staff were next level too - nothing was too much and it felt like there was a genuine personal touch you don’t get these days. Absolutely certain to visit here again if I return to KL. "

"The room was really lovely, great size, lovely view, comfortable bed, amazing water pressure! The staff were really helpful. The pool view was the reason we booked and it did not disappoint (gets the sun in the morning to mid day). There is an affordable shop within the hotel which was ideal. The breakfast was extensive with a made to order egg station, so many tasty options . The location is perfect, easy to walk to busier areas with shops and restaurants. "
