Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was perfect. Location ideal for exploring central KL. The hotel’s dining area gets very busy at breakfast and it can be difficult to find a table.

Great hotel with access to safe walking accesssways to KlCC and pavilion. Good pool 25m for exercise and very well equiped gym. Booked premier club room with complimentary acces to lounge. 15th floor lounge very proffesionally run with attentive staff and a very welcoming and helpful manager. Woukd highly recommend upgrading to club lounge as it represents excellent value and is a good place during the day to hold meetings and provides free 2 hr access to meeting rooms.

Gone downhill since my last stay but still ok
Good value for money hotel in a central location with easy walking distance to main attractions. It has gone downhill since my last stay 3 years ago. Food quality wasn’t as good as before. The roof bar was abandoned and closed , disappointing as it has amazing views of the Petronas Towers. I would stay here again but perhaps wouldn’t bother having breakfast. They have put too many tables in the dining room and there’s not much space. There’s no orange juice for breakfast which I was amazed at . Was told I could have one if I paid extra !

The staff is very helpful and hospitable. On several occasions, staff went out of their way to see that I was comfortable, wanted something else to drink or eat at Executive Club. Location is near the famous KLCC and Petronas Towers. Will definitely stay again on my visit to KL.
