The room was really lovely, great size, lovely view, comfortable bed, amazing water pressure! The staff were really helpful. The pool view was the reason we booked and it did not disappoint (gets the sun in the morning to mid day). There is an affordable shop within the hotel which was ideal. The breakfast was extensive with a made to order egg station, so many tasty options . The location is perfect, easy to walk to busier areas with shops and restaurants.

The staff at reception desk and breakfast were fantastic, helpful, the room spacious and well equipped. Location fantastic. But the room service next to a Desaster. Dust everywhere, room not really cleaned, leaving no spare toilet paper roll - we had to ask reception on two occasions to bring another roll -, only one towel for 2 persons... not impressed.

A lovely spacious room. Would love the room to smell like the lobby, to make it a bit fresher. The breakfast was amazing - so much choice! The staff went above and beyond with their service and friendliness. Only negative was the ability to get a taxi organised.
