I Recommend this property only because of its location. Rooms are dirty not well maintained. We had to change room because toilet was leaking and after we moved to a new room the shower and wash basin sink were clogged (which were fixed) but mess they left was not cleaned even though they said they cleaned.

The photos for deluxe suite is a total misrepresentation of the room. It showed the room comes with one double bed and two single beds but upon check in, there’s only one double bed. Might as well book a lower level room for a double bed with oversized room. Only after contacting expedia, expedia did a tremendous job in getting Hotel Maya to provide me a rollaway bed, eventhough I settled with only one rollaway. Also, the service by reception could be further improved on the tone of answering questions etc. I had to attend online meeting until 12 so when I asked for additional hour, the tone for answering was quite condescending. Please train them properly.
