"Great location, comfortable beds in a fairly spacious room, decent gym. But the room service coffee is not good and it is not possible to have a fresh hot coffee in the breakfast setting, without buying the full breakfast."

"Double tree has been my favourite hotel. Prior to this stay was Double tree in Makkah in May this year which was also excellent. If based on my number of stay I should have been Diamond member of this hotel. Kudos Double tree to your staff, kitchen, maintenance and all everyone involved running this hotel"

"The good: The room was very large, had a sink/plates etc. like a mini-studio, so that was great. The bathroom was functional too. The view from 50F on KLCC was amazing and you could see one of the Petronas tower. No noise also, could sleep perfectly well. AC worked perfectly fine too. Location is quiet and KLCC Park is a 5 minutes walk away. The meh: on day 2, bed sheet had a coffee stain on them, clearly they were "clean", the stain was an old one, but it was super visible, unsure how that got missed? On day 1, there was a peck of dust in the bathroom floor, ok I'm a bit picky I'll admit but still, shouldn't have been there. Internet speed was about 15~30mbps capped (15 at peak, 30~ in the middle of the night), and this wasn't due to Wifi reception (I was using RJ45 and same speed), it was just slow likely due to contention. ~15 Mbps is ok for leisure, clearly not enough for work (at least not for what I do). I know internet is a challenge for most hotels, but I'd seriously pay extra for a stable 100mbps connection. The bad: The pool was closed for renovation (which is perfectly fine!) BUT I learned that at check in, and my entire stay was during the pool closure. It felt dishonest to learn at check in and not being warned in advance by email which could have allowed me to pick another place. I was only there for 3 nights, I could have cancelled and moved to someplace else with a pool but couldn't be bothered really."
