Great hotel and excellent location. I did have an issue with bugs in the apartment however that was swiftly rectified by management, which were helpful and accommodating. They moved me to another room right away.

Very convenient location, host was welcoming and communicating throughout my stay..loved the pool with awesome views and room amenities. Only issue was the 4 elevators servicing all levels can be crowded and stopping on every level. Also the front desk could improve on their customer service.

The place itself was very nice but the hot water for the shower would run out quickly, didn’t work for the tap in the bathroom, the aircon dripped too. There are only 4 elevators in this massive hotel so they are always full and takes a long time one time it took 20 minutes to get an elevator…the room was great and the view was amazing but just those little things to make note of :)

Great views, room was good size for our family. Needed complimentary tea bags not just coffee satchels. Bit noisy during the night can hear all traffic and fireworks everynight all through the night. Pool was very nice but spa was never on.

Price & Location is good. However, the cleanliness really need some improvement. There are several management agent to look after this service apartment, some are pretty good as we can see from our friends’ room in different levels. Ours one is not so good unfortunately.

I arrived at 13.30 to the lobby. Cannot do check in until 15h.OK, I understand, so I wanted to go somewhere I can wait and go for lunch until check in time. So when I asked them to leave the luggage (1 hand bag) they said i had to pay for that...

The check in process was more clunky than it needs to be. Simply let me pay before I arrive online, or have the ability to take payment when picking up the key. Room was fine with a nice large room and wonderful view in a great part of the city. Towels were really old and should be upgraded. Bed was stiffer than it needed to be.

This is a great place with an amazing infinity pool. Arrived early, front desk staff not very helpful but when i messaged the host they were more than happy to accommodate and allowed us early check. Fast responses and would definitely recommend this place.

The pool was really nice and the customer service was great. The elevator in the building gets overly busy which can be annoying. For the price the value is very good in comparison to other nearby suites and we loved how close to the towers the building is.

The hotel had lovely staff and was in a good location close to restaurants and shopping centres, however during the whole three days of of our stay we didn't have one day of hot water, if you don't mind having cold showers after a day of sightseeing by all means stay here, also the elevators get jammed with people, we had to wait a while or cram in like sardines.

We checked into the Suite on 25th of June. The place was nice and clean, We had a lovely stay the only nag is the lifts but when you are fully occupied the lifts will take time. Floor 47 was amazing as it has the rooftop outdoor swimming pool and we loved it. Thanks

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Full kitchen with a washer dryer. Only one drawback is they are really condos being rented by a management company. So no ice. Bot you can buy it at a convenience store and put it in the full size refrigerator. Very large room. Good TV with Utube etc. Location is 15 minutes walk to the Petronius Towers.

Handy to have the washer/dryer in the apartment. Gym and swimming pool were decent. Only problem was there are only 4 lifts operating for the 48 floors, so getting a lift a times required a 20-30 minute wait. Fortunately I was on the 13A floor, so it wasn't too bad to just take the stairs down. Apart from that, very pleased with the stay at Scarletz Suites.

This property is run by multiple companies (booking, housekeeping, maintenance etc.), every company had their own booking and entertain only if booked with them, The units are very nice and clean, amenities are good. however our experience as family (2 kids) was not good, everyday we had some new problem, Wi-Fi not working, TV didn't work, need to ask for logins for applications (Netflix, Prime), No hand towels in bathroom. no slippers for bathroom use. First day we called front desk and was told you didn't book with us so we are not responsible send message to the number provided on the access key card. The communication is via WhatsApp chat and the company will reply only when they see the chat on their convenience. If you don't remind for housekeeping they don't do it, so everyday you have to send housekeeping request before you go out. Housekeeping is only 9 AM to 6 PM, so if you need something late you have to wait for next day. Also Housekeeping is not available on public holidays. Overall though its very near to the city center, service was very poor and inconvenient. Better call them before you decide to book.
