"Great hotel, good location an good breakfast buffe"
Overall had a very pleasant experience. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite whih was gigantic and was very nice including having its own laundry machine. Lots of windows with great views including both the KL tower and petronas twin towers. Breakfasy buffet was alao really nice.

Same location as Wolo but much cleaner, no strange smell, better bed (longer and reasonable size), clean shower floor and ventilation system.
Very relaxing staying at Ansa!
Upon our departure, the friendly staff helped us book taxi and arranged our luggage and sorted and confirmed pricing with taxi driver too. What else can you ask for when you are overseas in a foreign country?

I have checked in on 14/10/16 around 1.30pm while I have requested king bed and non smoking room but it seem like they forgot it. There is 1 Malay female staff check in for me and tell me will upgrade me to Premier Studio due to no more non smoking room. Besides, she goes up to the floor and check the room before I check in. It was impressed me coz the room already switch ON aircond in advance. so it feel cozy when you step into the room. Room amenities is good.
Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Our suite had 3 bedrooms and felt like a home.
I wish the continental breakfast was included rather than charged separately. I bought it one day and found that very few people were buying it. I liked that there was a price for food wastage, but wondered what they do with all the unused food since not many people were buying the breakfast.
"Nice hotel tucked away in the heart of the city "
I stayed at this hotel for three nights and have to say the location is really good, not too far from the city centre and the breakfast was delicious, you also get an incredible view of all the city's skyscrapers.
That said my first impression was that the staff weren't as welcoming as the other hotels I stayed at previously. I felt that asking them questions or recommendations was tricky as I might not be the 'type' of customer that they normally get. Also the hotel is a bit far from the main high street but this can be a good thing if you're looking for some peace and quiet.
That said the actual room was gorgeous, I was very impressed by how light, bright and modern it was.
