"Nice hotel close to many eateries and a mega mall."
Stayed The Level room (17th floor) was relatively pleasant but making up of room and the air-condition of the room can be improved. Room was not make-up till 3.30pm and the air-con of the room was not really cold even it was set at level 3 @ 20deg.
The Level's Manager attended to me during my 2 nights stay was very friendly and approachable.
In conclusion, The Level room i stayed is relatively alright and strongly believe further improvement can made.

This is the first time I've been to KL.
We arrived at the hotel about 6.00 - 7.00 PM.
We didn't expect the new airport (KL2) would be so far away from the city, however we were warned that it would be about 45 to 50 minutes away from our hotel. It was a nice trip through big spacious motorway with reasonable traffic.
We arrived at the hotel about 6.00 - 7.00 in the evening & it was only 20 minutes before we were shown to our rooms due to the fact that we had an extra family members to join us to stay at the hotel. No extra charges apart from daily breakfast to pay as we have 2 rooms booked for the original 3 of us.
Centre city of KL is a lively city, I'll go back there anytime.

Generally, good short weekend trip in a fairly comfortable and very clean conveniently located hotel. It is conveniently located near to major shopping and good local food area, and even walking distance through the air-conditioned skywalk to KLCC.

Stayed in July for 2 nights. My first time at JW Marriott in KL and it definitely won't be my last. From check in to check out the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Even in the lifts, staff would always acknowledge you, smile or have a friendly chat. I would like to commend two staff in particular - bellmen Ainuddin and Zaini. Both were very professional and genuinely helpful and friendly towards my Mum and I. We really appreciated this.
Room was lovely and spacious - just the shower handle was a bit tight and difficult to adjust.
The only thing I can think of that needs improving is probably the breakfast at Shook. It took a while to get someone's attention for tea/coffee or water and when asking staff questions they seemed to be in a rush.
Also the hotel is being refurbished so was a bit difficult to have a nap in the afternoon. However I was made aware of this upon check in so wasn't a shock when I heard the drilling noises.
These are just minor though and certainly wouldn't affect my decision to stay here again in the future.

Found this apartment style accomodation in the heart of Bukit Bintang, great location. We chose it after staying at another hotel nearby after returning from Langkawi.
The gentleman manager who greeted us was so very helpful throughout our stay making us feel welcome. The size of the accomodation was amazing, two bedroom two bathrooms, huge lounge and kitchen. This was cheaper than the 4 star place we stayed at plus that was tiny for two adults and a teenager.
Breakfast was adequate but not as much variety as elsewhere.
Awesome roof top pool and gym as well.
Being an apartment that the premises manages for owners and is let to tourists etc, it was not as clean as a hotel room, with dust etc accumulating under all furniture.
Overall would stay again purely for the location, size, and cost factor.
