- Family paradise with dedicated kids' pool and babysitting services, just steps from Berjaya Times Square and top attractions.
"Our overall feel is that the hotel is very old. We booked this due to it's close proximity to Zepp and the new Mitsui outlet Lalaport. They gave me a room with a lousy view. The toilet is leaking, the hairdryer was missing, no hand towels, the floor carpet has stains. But I was glad they provided room slippers. The buffet breakfast spread was quite meh. The only thing I like about the room is that it's quite spacious."

- Delightful family holiday awaits with children's pool, babysitting, and just a 12-minute walk to KLCC Park for outdoor adventures.
"Hotel was very nice, good breakfast although very crowded some mornings. Pool was nice although the steps into the pool need replacing and it would have been more relaxing without the security guard always hanging around.
Convenient location, next to a very busy road that was difficult to cross on foot.
Would recommend overall. "

- Experience family fun in Kuala Lumpur with a dedicated children's pool, nearby attractions, and thoughtful amenities for all ages.
"Walking distance to 2 large shopping centres.
We chose a decent sized room on a high floor which was pleasant.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast had variety but hot food was usually only warm and not very tasty.
Pool on top floor was good but gym is just ok and treadmills need servicing.
Our biggest regret was not understanding the area around the hotel is very run down and also how bad Kuala Lumpur is for pedestrians (not the hotels fault)."

"Large space and comfortable bed, just be aware there is mold on the ceiling in the room we stayed. We had to leave after one day as there was no other rooms available. The contact was communicative but I could not get a refund. "
