"Hotel looks rather new and room is clean. They also provide small packet prawn crackers and 4 cans of soft drink in the room. Hotel location is quite convenient about 13 minutes walk to Hang Tuah station and Pudu station. There is a link bridge 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel that links to Lalaport Bukit Bintang, a big shopping mall. There are some eateries near to the hotel. "

"Having not been to Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur before, I was a little confused about finding the check-in, reception. The main entrance is inside the mall, at the far end of the East Wing on Level G. The room, while dated in furnishings, was extremely clean and spacious. Very easy access to the elevators, the suite came with both a double and a single bed, as well as full-sized bath and separate shower. Will certainly stay here again if I come back to KL."

"The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Being in the heart of Bukit Bintang is a huge plus since everything is close by. However, don't be fooled by how they portray it on Expedia. The photos make it look much better and more modern than it actually is. The reality is very different from what is shown on the site. I would only recommend it if location is your only priority."
