The property was clean and very comfortable. There were some amenities that i expected such as minibar and restaurant. The restaurant was only open for bkfst but it was really good. I would stay here again. Santiago at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful or nice. Thank you!!

El hotel es pequeño pero no tiene nada que envidiarle a los demás. De hecho, para mí es el MEJOR hotel que he visitado. La habitación no era muy grande pero tenía todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar, buena cama, almohadas, caja de seguridad, tv con Netflix, wifi. El baño contaba con todo, buena ducha con agua caliente, jabón, shampoo, acondicionador, secadora de pelo. Ni hablar del servicio del personal del hotel, EXCELENTE!!!! Cualquier cosa que necesitamos: toallas limpias , cobijas, hielo nos las conseguían sin demora. Uno de los chicos de recepción, Santiago nos trató como si fuéramos familia. También nos coordinaron servicio de taxis y tours. Hasta nos proveyeron una tarjeta para el metro . El área en que se encuentra es increíble ,tranquila, sin ningún tipo de bullicio; a 6 minutos caminando de Parque Poblado y de estación del metro. También hay restaurantes muy cerca y el supermercado Exito. El desayuno que se incluye estaba riquísimo y la atención de las que allí laboraban aún mejor. Definitivamente lo recomendaré a mis amigos que vayan a viajar a Medellín. Y no hay duda que cuando regrese, allí me quedaré. Entiendo que nuestra experiencia de Medellín mejoró al recibir este tipo de atención. Nos dio pena tener que irnos. Gracias Hotel 574 por todo!!!! Muy agradecidos.

Incredible value and cleanliness
This hotel was a haven to stay at. It was clean, check in was easy, 24/7 hour reception was almost always available. Receptionists were friendly, our laundry was done quickly and pain-free and the free hotel breakfast was incredible (delicious, good options, starts early). Only slight complaint is that it is in a more residential area of El Poblado and walking home as 2 females at night wasn't always the safest. However, taking ubers was super easy/cheap and the receptionists at night were always there to let us in ASAP. Also the hotel is clearly aging but feels clean despite the aging tiles/walls. AC was a nice touch. Would stay again!

I loved my stay at Hotel 574! The staff is wonderful and will always be available to help you. They offer a delicious breakfast every day with a variety of options you can choose from. It is near everything you would need within walking distance: a supermarket, dining options, a metro station, a shopping center. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so you shouldn’t be worried about waking up at midnight because of loud noises. I will definitely stay again for my next trip to Medellin!

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Rooms were quite small, walls were quite thin and could hear other rooms, bathroom was small and provided no sound privacy, shower had no door.

This is a nice, safe, hotel in a good location. Everything was clean and modern looking. The staff was phenomenal and truly went out of their way to help me out when my schedule got messed up due to the hurricane. I will say they have some work to do with adding more consistent wifi, it was spotty at best and to date I wouldnt recommend to those that need to do a little work. That being said it was a more than fair price in a good location. I would stay here again though.

Excellent choice in Poblado
Nice small clean boutique hotel in what looks like a converted modern mansion in the leafy high class suburb of Poblado. We were shown a good eating place. Good breakfast with several options. Helpful staff.

Relaxing part of the city
Very nice and calm hotel located in a quiet part of the city. Friendly staff and i stayed in a room with an amazing hot tub. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to relax.

The service was great and the room was nice and very clean. However, our room was literally 5 feet from the front desk, our door was in the lobby, so we could hear everything that went on at the front desk. And i assume they could also hear everything from our room. It was a bit annoying/awkward.

Caring staff! Nice room.
Amazing staff makes the difference here. I could not have asked for nicer & more caring staff & owners - they even took me to a medical clinic! 574 is in a quiet part of El Poblado. The more expensive rooms are much nicer than the standard (I stayed in both) - bigger windows, more space - I recommend these especially if you appreciate light & ventilation - request an upstairs one. The hotel is near to Poblado metro and a huge supermarket with everything.

Hidden Gem in Medellin (Poblado Neighboorhood)
First off, I was scheduled to arrive at 2 am. I emailed them and they replied promptly which, to me, was a good sign. Sure enough the check-in was a breeze and the staff was on the look out for me as my Uber pulled up. We all have different styles of travel and what we look for in hotels. For me 574 Hotel ticked off all of the boxes. It's smallish, priced reasonably, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone that I encountered also spoke perfect English. The room that I had was spotless, quiet, included a small safe, Air Con, and a great shower. The room, as well as the Hotel in general, is somewhat minimalist in design so if that's a deal breaker for you this may not be your place. For instance the room does not have closet space to speak of. My room had a hanger rack above a shelving unit that housed the safe. I estimate that there were maybe 10 hangers on the rack. The location is great! It's on a quiet side street in what I found to be a safe, walk-able section of Poblado. You can walk (uphill btw) to the party spot LLeras Park in about 15-20 mins. There are numerous restaurant options all within walking distance. You'll find a small market less than 5 mins walk and Poblado Metro Station is less than 10 mins walk (Research how to get a Civica card, you can thank me later). 574 Hotel also partners with a cute cafe adjacent to the hotel where you get your included breakfast. If I ever find myself visiting Medellin again I will gladly stay here again.

Good location near the metro stop. In a great neighborhood with a grocery store down the street to pick up anything you need. Nice hotel with an excellent staff, couldn’t have been more welcoming. Also nice breakfast option with the attached cafe.

Excellent. Charming boutique hotel in quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The staff is top notch and the rooms/property are very clean. Adjacent restaurant, Caiman, serves a delicious breakfast. One of the nicest group of people I have had the pleasure of meeting during global travel. They genuinely care about delivering superior hospitality. Great value in ideal location. Highly recommend.

Great hotel!
574 was excellent and can't recommend enough. The reception staff all speak good English and went out of there way to help us - whether a football match, directions, taxi or local knowledge. The breakfasts were great too with loads of choice and great coffee.

Exceptional new boutique hotel! Modern design, friendly staff, fresh breakfast, great Wi-Fi, and very comfortable rooms. LOVE this property... highly recommend! Location is quiet (away from traffic/noise) but supermarket and restaurants only 5 min walk away.

Great location, if you are a good walker you can walk downtown, but the staff want you to take the train, which is nice and clean. the hotel suggested a very good self-guided tour. the room was nice but had not windows in the bed room. the hotel is new and nice. it is not 24 hours. we had to find the key at 4 am to get our selves out - the fact that a key is needed to open the door in the middle of the nigh is a fire hazard. Breakfast was nice, nice outdoor sitting area too, great river walk right upfront. overall hotel is new and nice.

Realmente fue una experiencia muy agradable alojarme en 547 Hotel, estuve con mi madre por 3 noches y realmente disfrutamos de la buena atención, el agradable silencio del hotel en general,desayunos muy sabrosos. La atención especial de Melissa y Luis te harán sentir muy a gusto y en familia. Su ubicación cercana al metro te permitirá trasladarte de forma rapida a cualquier punto de interes, adicional esta muy cerca del supermercado mas grande del área por cualquier refrigerio que quieras comprar.Gracias por la atención.

Personnel de l’hôtel attentionné, emplacement de choix dans un secteur calme dé Poblado, il ne manque qu’un frigo dans la chambre et une place commune accueillante pour passé un peu de temps, vu que notre chambre ne comportait que de petites fenêtres dans le haut des murs. Nous avons manqué d’eau et d’électricité les deux derniers jours, une génératrice aurait été appréciée pour éclairer l’endroit! Merci au personnel!

Nice hotel, great location and staff!
A well located hotel in a quiet part of el poblado district. A short (and safe) walk to parque Lleras with a number of restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff are very serviceminded (and several of them speak english!) The rooms are a bit small, but the bathroom is nice and the room is clean and bed comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel!
