Clean, modern, stylish with some really helpful staff - most notably the futy manager and Johnny. There is a small gym attached to the building which is available for guests to use for free and several dining options opposite the hotel. A supermarket is located about 2 blocks away. Minor problems: lack of amenities (no table in the room to work/prepare food at, no cutlery) but you can easily work around these issues i.e. ask for cutlery and work on the bed. The biggest problem was the noise. Gym sessions below statt at 530am; you can hear weights being dropped and PTs motivating their clients, and conversations/music coming from other rooms in the building. Lastly, the location may be an issue for those with mobility issues as it is about a 35m walk from El Poblado's metro station or you can take a taxi for around 12 000 COP. Overall, i would stay here again with little hesitation but perhaps request to stay higher in the building to avoid noise from the gym.

Very nice place to stay at in Medellin. Close to the airport and restaurants. The receptionist are very helpful and attentive. The suite terrace (4th floor) I originally booked did not have a nice view so I upgraded to a bigger apartment on the 12th floor and the view was breathtaking. I highly recommend the bigger rooms. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Medellin.
