Worst hotel ever

Worst hotel ever. Horrible smell in the room. Bed bugs. Prostitutes. No elevator and no help with luggage. Messed up my reservation date. Had to leave in the middle of the night to another hotel.

Worst Hotel in Laureles

If you are even considering booking this hotel, I feel sorry for you. If you actually book it, I feel HORRIBLY sorry for you. You may be thinking, “it can’t be as bad as the reviews say it is, right?” WRONG. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The ONLY reason we stayed was because it was the only pet-friendly hotel in Laureles that would accept more than 1 pet per room. I was very close to leaving and paying for 2 rooms at the other pet-friendly hotel, but my cat had already endured enough trauma after switching rooms 3 times. The first room we were in was fine (aside from no WiFi for the first night), but they claimed there was a problem and moved our room while we were gone. When we got back to the hotel and entered our second room, the first thing I noticed was 5 or 6 bugs flying around the ceiling area, and what appeared to be flea dirt on the bed. I asked that we be moved to a different room and they did move us. The third room was fine, except I discovered that the shower doesn’t work properly at all. Water would go out completely in the middle of my shower, and at times I only had cold water. After one night in the third room, we were informed that we would be moving rooms again due to another guest wanting to stay in the room we were in. The staff is unprofessional and rude. The rooms aren’t cleaned daily like most hotels. The only good thing I can say is that the AC worked well, and it’s right next to KFC.
