Quiet room for sleeping - no windows
Quiet room with no windows right in the middle of Poblado party. Very clean and comfortable with a/c. Stafffriendly and helpful.

The location and quietness of the hotel were the best qualities. The price was pretty low but for a few dollars more you could probably stay in a nicer place closeby. The lack of windows in the room made things a bit dreary as there was absolutely no natural lighting. I also left a phone charger in the room. I went back and the reception said the housekeeper took it home with her (WHY wouldn't they just leave it at the front desk office?!!). The manager stopped by and said they would drop off my phone at my new hotel that night or first thing the next morning since I would be leaving late morning. The next day comes and I ask at my new hotel reception if anyone had dropped off a charger. They told me the Veler had called and said they now had the charger at their reception but that I had to come and get it. This is after the Veler manager had assured me they would drop it off at my new hotel (probably a 5-6 minute walk away). This was really annoying since I was preparing to depart the city. I had to leave a bit early and have my Uber stop at the Veler so that I may pick it up. I'm mostly disappointed about how the Veler handled it all from the housekeeper taking the charger home with her, the manager making false promises to me and the rude attitude that the front desk woman had at the Veler. I did end up changing hotels mid-visit even though I had paid for my full stay because I did find a SIGNIFICANTLY nicer hotel at a great price nearby. It was worth the upgrade!

The hotel is small but has good size rooms, but there are no windows. It is clean and affordable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good, near to bars and restaurants but it is very noisy all day and until late night.

Great Place
Nice place to stay in the heart of El Poblado. Yet not so noisy. Breakfast was nice, a nice start to the day with coffee and a smile from Emily.

One concern: Only one exit in case of a fire. Windows and doors had bars on them. Sometimes the only exit was locked with a key from the inside. It could have been a death trap.

it’s worth of…
the room is clean and cozy. it is small and not very sound proof, but it’s a good deal with the money. i used earplugs which helped. the front desk is very helpful.

Nice hotel if staying in lleras
Easy access and close to parque lleras. Check in was easier although they could not locate my reservation at first and I had To send my reservation to their WhatsApp reservation which seem odd. Regardless, the lady at the front was quite pleasant.

“City of Eternal Spring”
The front desk was a little unsettling on arrival, but it did get much better! The construction next door starts at 07:00am and will wake you!!! But if you’re a early riser it is not a problem. With COVID restrictions on the weekends it is very difficult to eat, have a drink or even Socialize.

The Best Small Hotel In Park LLares
Very good location close to Park LLares and the room as a very comfortable bed. The Veler Grill serves a very good breakfast.

Staff was very helpful, spoke great English and became like family. Breakfast and coffee were great and the location is unbeatable!! Very clean as well, will stay here for sure if I visit Medellin.

Ok...considering the good location and low price
Nice location; simple tiny hotel...two of the staff were excellent and helpful (one, a younger guy had kind of bad, beleaguered attitude). Several service and upkeep issues tended to add up to make it less than great (broken light bulbs, often no toilet paper or soap, really poor breakfast... not to mention, it's pretty loud at night with street noises).

Had a lovely time staying here. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Only slight issue is WiFi can be a bit tempromental depending on which room you stay in.

Excellent Hotel 5 minute walk from Parque Llerra. Quiet street no noisy night clubs nearby. Close to all amenities. Great friendly staff and delicious breakfast included.

Sufficient and efficient !
I like the location; near everyting but no so noisy. Hotel is pretty new. Attention to clientele is remarquable. Rooms are very small but suffcient if you do not spend too much time there. Good wifi, cable, hot water. Do not expect windows but walls keep rooms quiet.

Comfy bed in private room with AC
We moved to this hotel after we found our nearby hostel too noisy. We got a good deal on Expedia so it was very reasonable for a private room with a bathroom and AC. Patricia (sp?) at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. Breakfast was good and we got lunch one time too. Bed was VERY comfortable and I loved the duvet. On the weekend nights, there was some noise from a nearby bar (sounded like it came from behind the hotel). Kind of annoying, but not much you can do about it!! We slept fine regardless. No window but that didn't bother us.

Fabulous!!!
The comfiest night's stay I've had for a while!! The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room spacious and had everything that I needed, shower excellent, staff super-friendly and almost 100 TV channels to choose from. Definitely recommend!!
