The hotel room was very clean. The building is only a year old, so everything felt very modern. We had some difficulty with the online check in, but the desk staff helped us upon arrival. We stayed here close to Christmas and really enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, the mall, and attractions like Parque El Rio, Pueblito Paisa, Parque Explora and Jardin Botanico. The kitchen and in room laundry made the stay very comfortable and we loved the view of the city. So glad that we chose Kyux and stayed in Laureles. Pergamino coffee shop is only 600 feet away and was a highlight for it’s great food, high quality coffee and elegant space.
