Stay here !!!!
We loved our stay at this hotel. Nelson at the front desk was very kind, helpful and friendly. This would definitely be my hotel when in Medellin. The location is perfect, and breakfast good.

Mediocre hotel but in great area
The location was good, but service was iffy. The check-in was extremely slow, and the service varied dramatically depending on the staff. One of the staff working on the evening shift was excellent, spoke really good English and was extremely helpful. He was a great help with our mobile phone cracked screen issue as well as booking of bus tickets. But the rest of the staff was less helpful and their level of English was not really up to scratch. Overall, mediocre hotel and service.

Love this place
I was greeted with a beautiful smile by a front desk attendant named Alexandra which made from check in until check out, she is the sunshine of the hotel just as many other great employees, its is also a LGBT friendly hotel with respect to the community. A great area, full of safely walkable areas, awesome restaurants and nightlife. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Las Rosas Medellin
Nice small hotel in the Poblado area, close to bars and restaurants. The rooms are a bit noisy and need some repair/renovation works.

My own experience. It was good!
It is a very nice and comfortable hotel, located in good neeighborhood nearby to many restaurants, shops and others facilities for pleasure. However, we found a little problem in the bathroom´s door, it had lack of manteinance. For the rest, I fully recommend it.

We prearranged airport pick up, and it never arrived. Room was hot and bed was very hard. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Not great, but value for money.

nice hotel, updated and decorated tastefully. standard rooms a bit tight. full bed was a bit hard and tough on the back. free internet excellent. breakfast a bit spare for the overall price paid; they could have offered more variety and size. great tree-lined street, but be prepared to walk uphill a bit; good for strengthening the legs but not for people who have trouble getting around. staff very pleasant and helpful, but KNOW Spanish when you arrive.

First room sink didn't drain . Staff gave us a different room. Second room was larger but the air conditioner didn't seem to work properly,didn't cool the room at the lowest setting.Breakfast was good.Staff was helpful with us. Beds were comfortable.overall a pleasant stay. Pool water was not heated.

Very pleased
Hotel was very nice. I didn't go into it expecting toouch or too little. And therefore was very pleased. The only thing that I mention and critique on is the pillows were a little too hard. And the area of the hotel is very hilly. So expect to work your calves or budget for extra cab fare.

El hotel está buen ubicado, el personal es atento, es una zona tranquila cerca a buenos sitios para visitar y comer. En cuanto al servicio les falta mejorar en la parte de utensilios de los baños y las toallas q proporcionan.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia con Las Rosas. Está muy bien ubicado (distancia caminable a todos los puntos de interés de El Poblado), en una zona segura y con muchas cosas que hacer alrededor.

Bel hôtel situé dans un secteur tranquille.
Bel hôtel, à proximité de El Poblado (retaurants et bars) mais dans un secteur tranquille et sécuritaire. Très grande chambre, bon petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel très gentil.

Es un hotel cómodo, bien ubicado en área tranquila, cerca de muchos restaurantes y con buen servicio. Es sencillo, sin mayor lujo. Desayuno bueno, mas no variado.

No cumplen las reservas de Hoteles.com
Al momento de llegar al hotel me dijeron que no había ningún tipo de reserva hecha por medio de hoteles.com y que no tenian habitaciones disponibles en el momento, por lo cual me llevaron a un hotel diferente. El hotel al que me llevaron aunque era bueno, no era el que había reservado aun así me cobraron la tarifa del mas costoso.

Buen Hotel
El hotel se encuentra una una excelente zona de El Poblado en Medellin, bastante fresco el ambiente, hay un pequeño supermercado cercado (Exito). La atencion fue buena, el precio tambien. Lo que puede mejorar es el desayuno. Demoran mucho tiempo para traerte huevos frios. La atencion es exelente, pero creo que con un poco mas de personal, sería mejor. Ademas de variar el menú del desayuno. Otras cosas pequeñas para mejorar es que las camas "dobles" son dos camas twin pegadas (Por lo menos el que me toco a mi) y se notaba el camio de altura de las dos camas. Por lo demas todo bien. Regresaría otra vez y tambien lo recomendaría.
