Very well located, good area and very good price. I felt safe, nice rooms, good breakfast, but overall everyone is very kind. It is not a 5 stars Hotel but it is a 5 stars if you want to feel like in home.

We loved every second we spent there! The only thing I did not like was that I ended up paying a bit more than expected at the hotel. Besides that, everything was great. The breakfast, the street view, the personnel, the cleaning service, the area, etc. It was worth every penny. Totally recommended!

LGH es un lugar práctico donde hospedarse en Medellín, el área es bastante exclusiva y cómoda para caminar. No es área de fiesta por lo que el descanso es seguro. La atención del personal estuvo excelente. Lo único malo fue que las toallas que nos dieron eran de cabeza por lo que eran pequeñas. Y también que hay poca privacidad de sonido entre habitaciones, escuchamos lo que hacía una pareja en otro cuarto a pesar de tener las ventanas cerradas. Ajeno a esto, todo estuvo muy bien.

I stayed for 3 weeks (June/July 2025) The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and well managed. The neighborhood is walkable with good location between Laureles and Belen Park areas. There are plenty of dining and cafe options within walking distance. The rooms at the middle and back of the building are especially quiet. I booked a city tour through the hotel. There are very reasonable day tours and some include a meal along with the transportation. Overall this is a very good place to stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Todo muy bien. Lo único que nos brindaron una habitación sin aire y no, nos informaron que con costo adicional por noche podríamos tener habitación con aire. Nos enteramos ya cuando nos íbamos que le preguntamos que porque el hotel no tenía aire. Otro aspecto es nuestra habitación olía muy fuerte a humedad. Por lo demás personal y ubicación todo chévere.

I was sick in bed three days with food poisoning. The staff ordered medicine and had it delivered. I was too weak to go myself. I started to feel better that day. Staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. Tall gentleman was extremely pleasant and so was the lady serving breakfast. I didn't get their names. Breakfast was delicious with a nice menu. I could see the mountains from my window. .
