"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "We loved our stay at Villa Lata Lama Joglo and highly recommend it! It really has to be seen to be appreciated, as the photos don't do it justice. The joglo has been refurbished and outfitted beautifully but is still very livable. Lots of different spaces to hang out, fantastic pool that gets plenty of sun, and very kind & helpful staff (hello to Ketut and Seger!). "If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Ray and Honey were the best hosts - so welcoming, the best cooks and such great senses of humor. The villa exceeded all expectations and my group of 6 were beyond happy. The place is spacious, quiet, clean and absolutely beautiful. Ray gave us the best recommendations and offered up a wealth of knowledge about the area, and Honey's breakfast was off the charts.
