"I have been staying @ the Calico Motel for a couple of weeks now. The room is always clean. The area is quiet, even on the weekends. The beds are comfortable. Room rates are very reasonable. Good management on site."

"The rooms were OK. Adequate. Expected for the price. Location to Knotts is exceptional. Very inexpensive for the amazing location. Just dont expect it to be the 4 Seasons....One odd thing. The hotel required a $100 CASH deposit. Had to be cash. Strange."
