It is an older hotel yes, however the staff were amazing particularly the restaurant staff at breakfast, and the location is so close to the Masjid. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

Mustafa, the housekeeper was amazing ! Such as the woman receptionist ! Both of them are great! We took a room on the court to have a quiete room. We liked it! We had an upgrade! We asked for a triple room and got a 5 bed room! Very nice! And we did an early check in (we were not supposed to check in before 4pm, but the receptionist helped us to check in at 1pm : very nice of here!)

Budget and near the masjid

This hotel is really busy and people are waiting in the lobby almost every day. The location is great and the free breakfast is a good option. Our room was noisy and I thought we booked the double room according to the description. Room service is non existent they will only clean the room when you leave they don’t clean unless you are there. I will not stay at this hotel. The only reason we stayed we could not find a budget friendly hotel near the masjid which was the only plus point. The room we received was very noisy not for the light sleeper. Male staff was very accommodating the female staff had an attitude not sure why. I would recommend allowing guests to check in earlier and give the option of room service. Again, location is the best and Asian staff was nice.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location as it was just a 3 min walk from Masjid e Nabwi. The room service guys were very helpful apart from them the rest of staff was terrible.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. I didn’t even spend 10 minutes and left the property right away and spent my trip days at a different hotel. I wasted so much money for this place and didn’t spend a single hour over there. Dirty dirty washrooms , dirty bedsheets, there was such a bad smell inside the rooms. Didn’t spend more than 10 minutes and left right away got another hotel. I’m looking for a refund. Hotel management SUCKS

The only advantage that this hotel has is its close place to masjid al haram. Our room was very dirty. By accident I found that the curtains were dusty. Not to mention the smell of sheets. The staff members were not professional and disrespectful and opportunistic especially when they realise you need to extend one more day, they increase the price.

Hotel Adost experience

The hotel room was packed with four single bed, and nobody can navigate through beds. The house keeper never showed up to clean the bathroom and vacuum the carpet. The save was not functioning, we requested someone to come and look at it, but they said they have contact the electrician. The check in took more than an hour and we have been there from 2:00 pm and they can’t check you until 4:00 very strict about that.

the worst experience

not comfortable by any measure . poor reception, poor check in 2 hours, and finally tell i don't have reservation for you i don't know. how hotels.com confirmed booking as you see reception is very crawded can you come tomorrow?!! but i will try to keep room for you poor quality of rooms and cleaning all pathrooms need to be maintained, water coming 2 times from washing down and combination. no contact if you need anything for emergency by phone so no safety. my advice to anyone don't try to come this hotel.
