Staff were professional kind and caring . Room service excellent ! Clean tidy spacious room ! Reception ladies were sweet anf helpful and door man very gentlemanly taking care of suitcases with a smile . Overall a 5 star experience . 5 minute walk to Harram ! Will definately come back !

Alhamdulillah, Hotel management and staff were really supportive. They allow late check in and arrange my travel from Madina to Mecca. Though room's furniture and interior was old but it is ok because it is budget friendly. From prophet mosque 15 to 18 min walking distance.

The majority of the food outlets are on the opposite side of the Prophets Mosque ie at the rear of the Mosque close to the Hilton. However the Pullman is ideally located for men wishing to perform their prayers closer to the Green Dome
