"Overall, it looks nice on the surface, but the 5-star label hides the reality if you’re visiting Madinah for a spiritual trip. The hotel is on a busy main road, quite secluded, with few nearby food options and little ambience. It feels more suited for locals than international visitors. The shuttle only goes to the Prophet’s Mosque, skips Asr prayer, and isn’t frequent enough. Quba Mosque is about a 10-minute walk, but along a highway-like road that feels polluted and unsafe, with poor pavements...

"We booked 4 villas for my brothers nikkah during Ramadan. They were all brand new and exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very modern boho aesthetics. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. All the staff went above and beyond to help us out with anything that we needed. Will definitely be staying again. "
