"The best thing about the hotel was the location. The customer service wasn’t that great. We had three rooms and the AC wasn’t working for two of them. They sent someone up he had to clean the vents. Eventually he got them to work. Our rooms were not clean upon arrival. We talked to the supervisor nothing was done he didn’t even care. We paid a lot of our rooms and got really bad services. My recommendation is to look for another hotel especially if your paying dm you deserve something better. "

"The rooms were very spacious and clean. Location could not be better, Gate 332 was just a few steps away. It was great to have a washer, no dryer though, clothes dry pretty quickly on the drying rack provided. Kitchen had very basic necesscities. Not very functional if you plan to cook but there were so many restaurants, food stalls close by. Wifi and showers are a bit slow but those are minor issues for us. Overall a great place to stay for families."

"I had to request everything from towels, ironed, etc. The bathroom condition was horrible due to clear leakage and smell of the drain system. You can’t sit straight in the toilet because it’s so close to the bathtub. It just was a mess! The location was the only thing that the property has to go for itself. "
