"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The pool was well maintained by staff. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff is extremely helpful. The beach was very accessible and the shows were great for the kids and versatile. However, the food’s cleanliness was to be questioned, as one of us had food poisoning. I suggest avoiding sushi and food that has been sitting for a long time. Another thing that ruined our experience is the reception gave us the wrong color bracelet and we found out on our last day. There was also one of the staff who worked in the hair braiding spot who would give us dirty looks for no reason which we did not appreciate. Overall we’d rate a 4/5."
