Our last day before leaving the apartment we invited families and friends for lunch because the living room is small, so we managed having some of us sitting on the carpet on the floor and we all happy. There is a nice mall next door so it's convenience. The place is clean and very good. The lobby people who work there were very helpful. "The view overlooking the mountains was breathtaking. Breakfast and dinner was good. Room was pretty descent. The bathroom was not very clean. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the sink was clogged. "

"I was amazed with all the service. Keep up the excellent work. All staff are very helpful. I’d like to stay there near my brother’s house until I flight back to USA. But the room was fulled and I have to check out and find another hotel. I came to this area for my brother’s viewing and funeral in Cibubur. My heart is heavy and grieving for the loss of my brother, but I was helped and comfort by the service of this hotel. Thank you for always clean up my bed and give a new towels. Thank you for helping for my laundry also to keep my luggages there while I have to check out and went to Church on Sunday morning. Thank you so much for everything. God bless your heart and your company management. "

"The smell everywhere in the hotel is really toxic. There is a strong smell of vaporised artificial perfume which seems to be to mask some mould smell. But it literally made me ill and prevented me from sleeping. The towels were to me unusable because of this strong artificial smell. Unfortunately this was a really terrible stay for me. It was also raining hard and very slippy on the hotel floor and one of my colleagues had a terrible fall. It took a while for staff to take care of the situation or to place signs to be extra careful."
