"Beautiful hotel. Top rooms are very hot in the summer ( no AC). Staff in the restaurant for dinner were very rude. Reception staff were helpful and concierge amazing. Overall a good experience."

"An Exceptional StayâBeyond Five Stars My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Le Chalet Zannier in Megève, and it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences either of us has ever had. This was our first big international trip together, which already made it meaningful, but the warmth, care, and extraordinary service from the Zannier team made it even more special. We travel frequently and have stayed in many five-star properties around the worldâbut the level of hospitality here went far beyond anything weâve experienced. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were generously upgraded to a beautiful Junior Suite with a private terrace overlooking the mountains and a fireplace that created the most incredible atmosphere at night. Champagne and snacks were waiting in the room, a thoughtful welcome after travel. Housekeeping was remarkableâevery time we stepped out and returned, the room had somehow been perfectly refreshed. Evening turndown included rotating treats like chocolate chip cookies and macarons, a small but delightful touch. The concierge service was truly outstanding. The team stayed in touch via text throughout our stay, helping with anything we needed at any time of day. They seamlessly coordinated skiing for usâincluding equipment and a wonderful private instructor who made my first time skiing feel safe and fun. Afternoon tea on the terrace overlooking the mountains, delicious breakfasts, and a private shuttle anywhere in town."

"Perfectly located a few blocks from the pedestrian center. The rooms are relatively small but donât feel small because of the thoughtful design and amenities. Two comfortable chairs. Double sinks. Decent size desk. Very comfortable beds with huge pillow and headboard designed to make it comfortable to sit in bed, in addition to regular pillows and bedding. Delightful staff. Attractive dining room. Good breakfast and very responsive servers. Definitely a winner."
