"I accidentally booked accessible room. I notified staff a few hours before my arrival and was told they would hold correct it. I checked in, assumed it was corrected and got to my room only to find it was an accessible room. I was too tired to fight it. I also had to stay on top of it for the correct amount to be posted to my credit card. All in all, it was a very expensive stay - $730 for two nights plus two nights of parking. I don’t feel that it was worth the amount paid. "

"Staff were very friendly. Very clean, nice, updated, spacious room. Big, clean bathroom with a sliding door that doubles as a closet door. No tub in our room (not sure if all rooms are like that) but it had spacious stand up shower. Breakfast was good, with several hot food options (there was almond milk, too!). Plenty of nice seating downstairs. Nice gym with some good equipment. The ONLY thing I wasn't super happy about was the pool/spa. We went down around 9:30 and it was packed. It was a Saturday, so not surprising, but there were not enough chairs, so we left. Came back around 10:30 hoping it would be less busy (it wasn't). The hot tub was too full to try and sit in, and even if it wasn't, it looked dirty because the bubbles/foam/whatever you call it was brown (maybe a guest had on a lot of make up or lotion?) Hot tub is very small. Tried the pool (which is a good size, has a lovely design and has very nice steps) and that water was COLD. Ended up leaving again without using the pool/spa. "

"We were in a room right by exterior door on 1st floor. Door slammed all night anytime someone used it. The wall were very thin so the peiple next to us kept us up all night with their tv. And even worse was anytime the toilet flushed upstairs from us, you could hear the fluid draining through the wall. Over all it was ahorrible experience even though theplace was very clean."

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and eager to serve, the parking lot was very accommodating, well maintained, and well lit. The breakfast menu was great the first morning but to our disappointment was not the same menu on Easter Sunday. We enjoyed our stay, visited the zoo, went to the movies, which was within walking distance. The location was perfect as it was close to so many adventures. If we choose to visit the area again we will definitely stay here again!!*****"
