Loved the stay here. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only reason I am marking down is because the elevators kept breaking which was really annoying, but the staff were super helpful.

Located in a nice location,CBD. Very close to China Town and lots restaurants to choose. One plus kilometres to Federation square and other landmarks. The front office staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.I really enjoyed my three nights stay in this property.

Was charged extra for a child’s bed id already booked. The lift was not working upon leaving and we were delayed 45 mins. Staff were unsympathetic about it. Rooms are small. Very small. Cleaners left wet towels in the room every day. Rubbish bins were not emptied. Gym was pathetic. Pool area was average. Rubbish in water. Very far from “Grand” will not stay again.

Property was in a great location for our needs and had very convenient parking options. Service was friendly. The room was clean. However, it was very dark and dingy, The walls and ceiling looked like a patchwork of paint and plaster, the bed had a large, sloping ridge in the middle pushing both my partner and I to the edges in our sleep all night, and the shower was so tiny I almost didn’t fit let alone my broad shouldered husband. In summary it was good for Location, service, and cleanliness, but was not comfortable and needs some TLC

Very clean and convenient hotel. The rooms were modern and good aircon. Pool was lovely but desperately needed some shade umbrellas. Breakfast produce was fresh and well prepared. Would recommend!

Great staff & location
Great location, there's a bus stop and tram stop within walking distance and Chinatown is right behind you. Plenty of food options and nearby shopping. Staff greeted us when we arrived and left, everyone was really really lovely to deal with. The only 2 things we weren't impressed with were that the lock was broken on the inside (as in we couldn't lock the door after entering but the door can't be opened from the outside without a card, so we just let it slide). Our room weren't cleaned as we had a do not disturb sign on but housekeepers also didn't clear the rubbish that we had left outside as it was too big for the trash can in the room for the 3 days / 2 nights that we were there. Other than that, they were faultless.

Paid for my child to stay they did not set up a roll away bed Then the lady at reception had an attitude and seemed all to difficult to get a roll away then had the audacity to say we will be charged for the bed even though we paid for the extra person

3 nights @ Aus Open
Stayed here for 3 nights the first week of the Aus Open. We chose this hotel for its rooftop swimming pool as Melbourne is always hot in January. Pool was nice but the journey through the door on Level 17 need some serious work. Needs to be upgraded as well as the entry to the gym. Beds were comfy and our corner room (1506) with lots of light was great.

This hotel is well located for walking the CBD. Our room was very small, and faced a concrete wall allowing for very little natural light. One elevator was broken and the staircase led us to the kitchen with no easy exit. Skimpy on amenities and towels were threadbare. Very average hotel.
