The room was a great size with very good kitchen amenities. We really liked the position of this hotel. Easy tram rides to CBD of 10-15mins.

The Kinson
In no world is this a 5 star hotel. It was a bit run down and cleanliness could definitely be improved. I would have been ok with it as-is as a 3 star hotel, but with the expectation of 5 stars, it was disappointing.

In the first few days of the stay I spilled some water on the bathroom floor. I wiped it up with a towel and was surprised how dirty the towel then was. It appears the bathroom floor had not been cleaned in some time.
