Location is fantastic. Walkable to public transport, southern cross station and the District Docklands
Staff were friendly on check in.
3 bedroom apartment was very spacious. Lots of room for a family of 5 with teenage kids.
Minor issue. Minimal toilet paper on the rolls when we checked in. Would have been nice to have a couple of spare rolls or at least 1 available. We ran out on day 1.
We have stayed in a few different apartments in the area in the past. This one was by far the most spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

I found accommodation and service to be of a great standard
It was good for the location to what we wanted and it served its purpose. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Tram was a short walk and cannot fault the location. We were looking at the water which was awesome

Would I stay there again? Probably not.
I absolutely hate posting feedback.
Although the property in general is clean, the floor was dirty, definitely hasn't been mopped for a while.
The outdoor furniture hasn't been cleaned for sometime too.
Keep in mind that this room is managed through an office in a separate building, so, you most try and find a park to check in before you're given a map to the actual property.
Finally, the booking said a free bottle of wine, which we've never received.
On the positive side, the beds are comfortable, the location is great for those who wish to be close to the district Docklands and the views are fantastic throughout.
