The studio room was spacious and very clean, it had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and we could walk to dinner and the supermarket. Parking was a little tricky to retreive our car early in the morning as we had to walk down a narrow side street in the dark due to an internal door being broken, apart from that, everything else was excellent.

I organised a late check in for 1am due to a late flight. The check in instructions were received, accurate and ensured smooth entry. I got up to my room only to find the door was wide open. It's pretty uncomfortable for a solo female traveller to arrive at the room with a door wide open, and during the night too when there's no staff onsite. The room itself was fine. The bed and pillows are comfy, it does the job for a one night stay. The hotel in general is a little worn in places but it doesn't impact the stay

room clean reasonable, despite the room and decor seem to need a major upgrade, tiles missing in the bathroom, taps loose. Bedroom a bit tacky. Bed good and sheets ect ok. Lighting not good. Staff very friendly and parking good.

Great value for money, location was perfect for my needs, bathroom just needs a good deep clean and pillows were not great. Would definitely book into hotel car parking as street parking is not ideal. Overall a good place to stay and will be staying here again in the future

Rooms wre large and very well appointed with kitchen, bathroom & laundry facilities. Most conformable bed, pillows & sheets l have ever slept in. Location great for visiting Melbourne & Richmond via public transport. Reception lady extremely lovely, even gave todler her Easter Bunny soft toy. We will come back for sure.
